IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT FOR ALL THE CLASSES PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER. EACH CLASS BUILDS UPON THE PREVIOUS CLASS INSTRUCTION
Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge of cooking. Prior participation in an Arc cooking or baking class will have had to occur – this is NOT a beginner’s course. The Arc reserves the right to determine if a person should register for this class or if it is necessary to first have a more solid understanding of baking and cooking in the beginner’s class.
Arc classes are to promote independence. Every participant is expected to set up his/her own chair, clean individual workstations when the class is finished, replace chairs to original location, and to clean dishes/utensils used during the class.
Please arrive to class 10 minutes early to allow time to use the restroom and get situated for class. The class starts promptly at 4:30 p.m. and instruction is given so please do not be late and be ready to receive instructions.
Registration closes 5 days prior to the start of the class.
