The Arc of Blair County’s Becky Sheetz Memorial Recreation Building is available to rent for a special occasion, birthdays, showers or meetings. No alcohol is permitted.

The Arc’s primary purpose is serving the needs of people with disabilities and we may not be in the office to assist you. We will return messages and set appointments for visits, including return visits. Please note that our rentals are booked on a first come, first served basis, so we cannot guarantee these dates will remain available. If you’re interested, let us know as soon as possible so we can secure a time for you.
Rental times are available on Fridays from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays, you may choose a morning time slot from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM or an evening time slot from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Please ensure that your rental hours include sufficient time for both setup and cleanup. For bookings of six hours or more, Saturday and Sunday rentals may extend beyond 4:00 PM.
Please bear in mind the sole purpose of The Arc of Blair County is to advocate for individuals with a disability. The Arc building is only available when it is not being used for an Arc activity or program. We may not be able to get back in touch with you for 2 business days as we are often meeting with families and have an extensive amount of work to do to support people with disabilities.

Please be aware of the following important rules:
- No alcohol
- No smoking, or vaping anywhere on the property.
- No live bands or open flames.
- No Glitter or Confetti
- Prohibited items include bubble machines, smoke machines, black lights, and glow sticks.
- No tape or command hooks may be used on walls or ceilings.
